PROBLEMATIC ISSUES
The filling machine must allow the dirty oil already in the vehicle to be drained and replaced with new oil before the races start directly on the track.
As dielectric oil is in direct contact with electrical components, the oil must be free of all traces of moisture.
SOLUTION AND RESULT
A high-efficiency filtration system is built into the filling machine. The filtration system also uses a pump to inject the dielectric oil into the vehicle.
The equipment designed by our team is a compact mobile machine that is extremely easy to use thanks to its ergonomic and intuitive control panel.

Dielectric oils are insulating oils for transformers and electrical equipment where stabilisation against oxidation is required.
They are used to insulate the protective parts from the electric current, dissipate heat or suppress electric arcs.
