That’s why our teams of programmers strive to make our software easy to use, thanks to intuitive, ergonomic interfaces known as Human Machine Interfaces (HMI).
LF Technologies offers you a turnkey service, from the study of your needs to the customized graphic design of your user interface. Together, we define its functionalities (user actions, sequence of screens, etc.) and graphic elements in line with your corporate identity.
Multi-screen versions
The control console can be easily configured by users and used via a variety of media (control panel, tablet, PC, smartphone). A simple click is all it takes to launch a test. The interface lets you know the status of your trial in real time.
Access management
By login
All software designed by our teams comes with an administrator interface to manage user accounts and access rights. The database is fully secure thanks to the integration of login and password.
By RFID
Our test benches and modular production machines can be interfaced with a database in SQL format (timestamps, user IDs, product references, serial numbers, etc.). They are then fitted with RFID operator identification. Identification is carried out quickly, simply by presenting the badge to the reader. The operation requires neither a validation button nor a password.
The request for operator identification after a manual assembly, cutting or transfer operation is programmed into the test and assembly sequencer (database).
This function is blocking, and the sequencer cannot continue to run until the operator has identified himself with a valid badge.
Manual control mode
In addition to the automatic control mode, our interfaces also feature a so-called “manual” control mode, enabling you to act manually on the bench’s actuators and basic functions, to launch the execution of a unitary program function, and to visualize all measurements on an active synoptic display.
Curve display module
The graphics module in our software displays the evolution of a set of measurements, in manual mode or automatic test execution.
Measurement calibration module
All measurements taken by the machine can be verified using the calibration module, by comparison with an external standard measurement. Measurement faults are saved for automatic linearity correction.
Automatic analysis and reporting module
To ensure traceability of operations, measurements are automatically saved and can be exported in various formats (Word, Excel, HTML or PDF) for easy reading and analysis.
