Discover how our flow/pressure test bench works
The station is equipped with a multi-stage centrifugal pump, controlled by a variable speed drive. This pump draws water from a tank inside the station and delivers it to the appliance under test through a magnetic flow meter. At the inlet of the product under test, a pressure sensor, precise and fast, allows the pressure control. Two level detectors placed inside the tank ensure that the pump always has water at the inlet.

Advantages of Flow
Closed circuit
Coupled with the internal tank control system, this equipment allows the bench to operate in a closed circuit.
Pressure or flow controlled pump
Pump speed automatically controlled according to a pressure, flow or pressure drop set point.
Automatic regulation pressure drop
The proportional valve is automatically set to simulate a loss of circuit pressure.
Automatic cooling
The cooling circuit allows tests with a stabilised temperature, regardless of the power consumption.
