LF’ASSIST SERVICES
LF’ASSIST maintenance and assistance contracts comprise 4 associated services: AUDIT, PREVENTIVE, CONTACT, REPAIR.
They form a complete and ideal solution for the maintenance of your hydraulic or mechanical test bench, or your special production machine.
LF’ ASSIST AUDIT
- Engineer on site ;
- Checking equipment condition and operation;
- Audit report in PDF format (assessment of equipment condition, list of parts to be replaced, list of maintenance work to be carried out, proposals for equipment optimization).
LF’ ASSIST préventive
- Replacing system parts ;
- Start-up check ;
- Technical stop essential.
- At least 2 weeks before the intervention, LF Technologies will contact you with a list of actions based on the audit carried out.
LF’ ASSIST contact
- Immediate call handling between 08:30 /12:30 – 14:00/ 18:00 (working days) ;
- Technical response or travel plan within 48 hours;
- Hotline
LF’ ASSIST repair
3 different services: REPAIR / REPAIR 2W / REPAIR 72H which determine the response time of LF Technologies teams.
- Troubleshooting or maintenance work outside the scope of LF’ASSIST – AUDIT and LF’ASSIST – PREVENTIVE ;
- Response time not guaranteed / 2 weeks / 72H ;
- PDF report of work carried out and to come.
